Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, lifestyle redesign, accountability systems, mental wellness, and sustainable human performance.

Our goal is to help individuals achieve sustainable health transformation through personalized nutrition, accountability systems, behavioral change, and wellness education.

As we expand, we are looking for passionate nutritionists who enjoy working directly with people, conducting assessments, guiding transformations, and creating awareness about preventive wellness.

Position

Role: Nutritionist

Location: Bhubaneswar

Type: Full-Time (100% Field Role)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + TA Reimbursement

Key Responsibilities1. Client Assessment & Follow-Ups

• Meet clients at homes, offices, gyms, clinics, and partner locations

• Conduct nutrition assessments and lifestyle evaluations

• Explain nutrition plans and transformation programs

• Take regular follow-ups and track client progress

2. Wellness Events & Community Engagement

• Conduct nutrition awareness sessions and wellness workshops

• Participate in corporate wellness programs, gym activations, college events, and health camps

• Educate individuals on preventive health, nutrition, and lifestyle management

• Achieve a target of 10 wellness events/activations per month

3. Content & Brand Support

• Support creation of nutrition-related content

• Participate in reels, podcasts, awareness videos,



and educational campaigns

• Share practical nutrition insights and client success stories

• Assist the branding team in creating scientifically accurate content

4. Client Transformation Support

• Monitor client adherence and accountability

• Work closely with wellness consultants and healthcare partners

• Support long-term behavior and lifestyle change initiatives

• Help improve client engagement and transformation outcomes

What We Are Looking For

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Clinical Nutrition, or related fields
2. Solid communication and counseling skills
3. Comfortable meeting clients and conducting field visits
4. Passion for preventive wellness and lifestyle transformation
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
6. Ability to educate, motivate, and guide clients

Mandatory Requirements
1. Must own a two-wheeler
2. Must possess a valid Driving License
3. Must be comfortable with daily field travel across Bhubaneswar

Success Metrics
1. Consistent client engagement and follow-ups
2. Successful execution of 10 wellness events per month
3. High client satisfaction and transformation outcomes
4. Active contribution to content creation and awareness initiatives
