About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who can design, build, and optimize marketing automation journeys that improve customer engagement and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across core Marketing Cloud studios, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, build, and deploy Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages.

● Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and HTML/CSS.

● Work on data extensions, segmentation, audience building, and synchronization with Salesforce CRM.

● Manage automations, scheduled sends, triggered sends, and marketing campaigns end-to-end.

● Integrate MC with Salesforce and other applications

● Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.





● Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and data privacy standards.

● Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders (Business users, Client IT teams) to align on requirements with technical solutions.

Required Skills

● 2–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

● Strong expertise in:

○ Journey Builder

○ Automation Studio

○ Email Studio

○ Contact Builder

○ Data Extensions & Segmentation

● Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS.

● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across automations, journeys, APIs, and integrations.

● Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

● Salesforce Certifications (preferably Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant).

● Experience with SSJS, APIs, and custom integrations.

● Understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.

● Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds (Sales/Service Cloud).
