Role Description This is a full-time, in office Placement Officer role based in Kochi. The Placement Officer will build and maintain relationships with companies, training partners, and educational institutions to generate placement opportunities for learners and job seekers associated with Samarthanam. The role includes coordinating campus and off-campus recruitment drives, mapping candidate profiles to suitable roles, scheduling interviews, and tracking placement outcomes. The Placement Officer will provide career counseling, conduct or coordinate training sessions on employability skills, and guide candidates on job readiness, resume preparation, and interview techniques.
