ABOUT THE ROLE

NeoTokyo Kochi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth, manage strategic customer relationships, and lead complex sales opportunities across our technology solutions portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise, account management capabilities, business development experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members while consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Generation & Business Development

- Drive sales growth across Custom PCs, Workstations, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Networking Solutions, and Business Technology Services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, educational, government, and SMB sectors.
- Generate and manage high-value sales opportunities from prospecting through closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Develop strategic sales plans to expand market reach and revenue.

Key Account Management

- Manage and grow relationships with key business accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.
- Conduct regular client meetings, solution presentations, and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Leadership & Team Support

- Guide and mentor Junior Sales Account Managers and Sales Executives.
- Assist in training new team members on sales processes, CRM usage, and customer management.
- Monitor lead quality, follow-up effectiveness, and sales pipeline health.
- Support management in implementing sales strategies and process improvements.

Quotation, Tender & Proposal Management

- Prepare and review complex quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with procurement, technical, and management teams on large opportunities.
- Handle enterprise-level negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and corporate procurement requirements.

Pipeline & CRM Management

- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Track opportunity stages and conversion metrics.
- Ensure all leads, quotations, and customer interactions are documented.
- Generate weekly pipeline reports and monthly sales forecasts.





ELIGIBILITY

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or relevant business qualification is an added advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Enterprise Solutions Sales.

- Strong B2B sales and account management experience.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle enterprise and high-value customer engagements.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
- CRM and sales pipeline management expertise.
- Financial and commercial understanding of margins, profitability, and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
