Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions over phone • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information • Verify and manage customer leads and documents • Maintain and update records in CRM/software • Follow up with prospective and existing customers • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing • Maintain professional communication with customers • Learn company processes and products efficiently Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, Collections,



Loan Processing or Verification will be an advantage • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools • Ability to communicate confidently with customers • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Benefits &
