Role Summary:

Jindal Power is seeking an experienced and empathetic leader to serve as the Head of CSR for our 1320 MW (2x660 MW) thermal power plant in Jhajjar. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving our social impact, community development, and "Social License to Operate" strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- CSR Strategy & Compliance: Lead the long-term CSR roadmap, ensuring 100% compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and statutory reporting.
- Community Impact: Develop and execute high-impact programs in Health, Education, Skill Development, and Sustainable Livelihood.
- Womens Empowerment Focus: Champion initiatives specifically for women’s financial independence, maternal health, and youth mentorship.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between plant management,



local village communities (Panchayats), government bodies, and NGOs.
- Governance & Budgeting: Manage CSR budgets effectively, tracking project ROI, social impact metrics, and documentation for third-party audits.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 15+ years in CSR, Community Relations, or Rural Development, with a minimum of 5 years in a large-scale industrial/power project environment.
- Competencies: Strong strategic planning, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Ability to navigate complex field dynamics in rural settings.
- Mindset: A passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equitable social development.
- Location: Willingness to be based on-site at the Jhajjar power plant.
