Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team in Jhajjar, Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines, ensuring precision machining of components, and meeting production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture and finish components as per specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and perform machining operations.
Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments.
Ensure product quality and adherence to production requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.




Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Lathe Operator in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Valuable understanding of machining processes and machine operations.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
