Our head office based in Lucknow, U.P and working on Pan India in more than 20 industries in these one is Pharmaceuticals. We manufacture and import medicines and others and distributed them to the end user through our franchise channel and working all over India with the team of more than 3500 employees in approx more than 350 branches.
We are hiring for both male or female candidate who is based in Lucknow and nearby areas of Alambagh, Lucknow and able to handle sales of our pharmaceuticals products to our franchise channel over phone calls, email and others, it will perform as a customer sales and support desk in head office and will act as CRE-Customer Relationship Executive.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shopee (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
- To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise).
- Finding out and should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Unsolved problems should be forwarded to concern department by her and follow-up till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
Basic Eligibility Criteria for Applying:-
- FRESHERS who are having good vocabulary skills in English may apply OR having min 1-5 years of work experience in any pharma company in telesales OR any call center in domestic process or related.
- Bachelor's / Master's in pharmacy or in Science (B.Sc.) or MBA in Marketing will be shortlisted for interview.
- Good Vocabulary as well as written skills in English and Hindi both the languages.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office specially in MS Excel.
Remuneration and perks:-
- Rs.25,000-30,000/- pm + Incentives + benefits as per norms and negotiable as per work experien and skills.
