Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Revit Modeler, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with flexibility for some work from home. Responsibilities include developing and modifying BIM models using Revit, collaborating with design and engineering teams, interpreting architectural and structural drawings, and assisting in coordination workflows.



The Revit Modeler ensures that models adhere to industry standards and project-specific requirements while maintaining high levels of accuracy and detail.

Qualifications
Robust proficiency in Revit software, including model creation and editing
Knowledge of architectural and structural design principles, engineering drawings, and construction documentation
Experience with BIM workflows, coordination, and clash detection
Attention to detail with skills in problem-solving and quality assurance
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with other design or drafting tools like AutoCAD is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
