Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing the company’s media production services, and generating qualified leads.

On a daily basis, the Caller will follow call scripts, explain service offerings, answer basic questions, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales or production team. The role includes maintaining accurate call records, updating client information in internal systems,



and sharing call feedback for campaign improvement. The Caller will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support follow-ups, assist with client communication, and contribute to achieving overall business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a explicit and confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle outbound calling, lead generation, and follow-ups in a structured and efficient manner.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, client engagement, and customer relationship building.
- Comfort using phones, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other basic office software to track calls and client data.
- Good command of English and local languages commonly used in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Interest in media, advertising, or film production is a plus, with willingness to learn about company services.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree is preferred.
