Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Business Development

Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline across target markets. Daily responsibilities include researching prospective clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, delivering presentations or demos, and preparing tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves managing and nurturing key accounts,



understanding client needs, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

The Business Development

Executive will also track performance against targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and market feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong current business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals and IT/technology services, with commercial awareness and consultative selling abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in account management, relationship-building, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in IT or technology services.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales metrics, and basic reporting in spreadsheets or dashboards.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the local market in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region and willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
