Position: Capital Market Advisor / Support

Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Experience: 1+ Years

Working Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 5 Days

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Interview Process: Test + 2 Face-to-Face Rounds (same day)

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (Mandatory) – B.Com / BMS / BAF preferred

NISM Certification (Any One Mandatory):

NISM Series 8

NISM Series 12

NISM Series 5 (Mutual Fund)

Key Skills Required

Basic knowledge of Primary, Equity & Derivatives markets

Strong communication & presentation skills

Experience with Dialers & CRM tools (preferred)

Good Excel skills (MIS & reporting)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle queries from Members, Dealers, and Investors via calls

Provide accurate and timely resolutions





Track and manage pending queries/issues within TAT

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Understand business processes and deliver customer-centric solutions

Stay updated with exchange circulars, products & guidelines

Prepare MIS reports and data tracking

Manage end-to-end query handling lifecycle

Contribute with process improvements and new initiatives

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
