Job Title: Senior Medical Representative (MR Executive)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Medical Representative (MR Executive) to join our growing vitamin and wellness brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or healthcare product promotion and possess excellent relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience and should preferably be based in or willing to work in the Kurla area.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and generate prescriptions/recommendations for the company's vitamin and wellness product portfolio.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Organize product presentations, CMEs, and awareness programs for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure effective product detailing and communication of product benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, sales activities, and territory reports.
- Expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and customer support.





Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Senior MR, or in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical sales.
- Strong knowledge of doctor engagement and field sales practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently.
- Must be familiar with the Kurla and nearby Mumbai market.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in vitamin, nutraceutical, wellness, or healthcare product promotion.
- Solid network of doctors, clinics, and pharmacies in Mumbai.
- Good presentation and territory management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
