Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef for our QSR restaurant at LTT Kurla. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes while ensuring high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare South Indian specialties such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, rasam, and regional curries.
- Manage batter preparation, fermentation, and spice blending as per standard recipes.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and support cost control initiatives.
- Train and assist junior kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations.
Location: LTT Kurla, Mumbai

Experience: 2-4 yrs Relevant experience in South Indian cuisine preferred.
