Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Handler to manage and grow our company's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.




- Generate leads and drive traffic through organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 1–2years of experience in social media management, preferably in the IT industry, with solid knowledge of Linkedln and B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, and basic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and knowledge of social media advertising and campaign optimization.
