Job Summary

Programming.com is seeking a skilled Python Developer – Gen AI to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and AI-driven application development . The ideal candidate will have robust Python programming skills, hands-on experience with Gen AI concepts, and the ability to work onsite in Panchkula during night shift hours to support global clients.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on Generative AI solutions
Work on LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-powered features such as chatbots, content generation, and automation
Integrate Gen AI models with backend systems and APIs
Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI pipelines
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and global stakeholders




Troubleshoot and resolve application and model-related issues
Write clean, productive, and well-documented code
Support applications during night shift operations

Mandatory Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in Python development
Strong proficiency in Python (backend development, scripting, APIs)
Hands-on experience or project exposure to Generative AI concepts
Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integrations
Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (any)
Ability to work onsite from Panchkula
Willingness to work night shift (7:30 PM IST onwards)
