Role Overview

The ICT Delivery Manager is the execution owner for the ICT programme in Mumbai — a greenfield hub hosting the first BIM↔AI generative design pipeline outside Porto.

The role is responsible for standing up Mumbai ICT operations from zero, coordinating the onboarding of 13 new hires across three teams (Skunkworks Pod, BIM↔AI Team, and ICT Operations), and ensuring the pipeline is live and connected to Porto within the first two months.

The position works closely with the Porto ICT Delivery Manager, SVP – ICT, and Skunkworks leadership to deliver a reliable, well-governed Mumbai delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities





- Stand up Mumbai ICT operations from the ground up, including network setup, VPN connectivity to Porto, endpoint management, and Speckle access.
- Own the onboarding sequence across the three Mumbai teams — Skunkworks Pod, BIM↔AI, and ICT Operations — ensuring each role joins with the right equipment, access, and tooling in place.
- Establish and manage Mumbai-to-Porto VPN and Speckle connectivity, including validating latency for AI inference workloads before pipeline go-live.
- Coordinate procurement and allocation of all software licences, including Revit, Speckle, Microsoft 365, and security tools, ahead of team onboarding.
- Set up the weekly Mumbai delivery cadence — standups, blockers board, and structured reporting to the SVP – ICT.
- Track Phase 1 delivery gates, including the first Mumbai model pushed to Speckle, Sub Cat code assignment, and Revit standards being live on at least one project.
- Maintain the Mumbai delivery roadmap with monthly updates and RAG-status reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage the Mumbai ICT operational budget, covering IT equipment, software licences, and related office costs.




- Interface regularly with the Porto ICT Delivery Manager on shared pipeline infrastructure, ensuring any changes to Speckle or GPU configuration are aligned across both hubs.
- Surface risks, blockers, and decisions required in a timely manner and drive resolution across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of programme or delivery management experience in a technology environment.
- Demonstrable experience setting up a greenfield technology function from zero, rather than inheriting an existing setup.
- Experience coordinating multi-team onboarding within tight timelines.
- Comfortable working across time zones, particularly with European counterparts (Porto is 3.5–5.5 hours behind Mumbai).
- Working knowledge of VPN, network connectivity, and endpoint management in a distributed setup.
- Strong budget and vendor management skills, including software licensing and IT procurement.
- Strong written and verbal English — the primary language for cross-hub communication.
- Exposure to AEC, BIM technology delivery, or AI/data infrastructure project management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Indian technology or construction market is a plus.
