Site Engineer – Hotel Construction Projects

About the Role

Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator is seeking a agile and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage multiple hotel construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across South Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution, quality compliance, cost control, and coordination among all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage construction activities across multiple project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, safety, and project costs.
- Verify BOQs, manage material planning, and certify contractor billing.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure seamless coordination of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP works.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects independently and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project execution.
- Experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential projects preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction, RCC, Structural Works, and Interior Finishing.
- Experience in MEP coordination and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
- Strong contractor, vendor, and workforce management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working on hospitality projects in Goa.
- Familiarity with local construction approvals and regulations.
- Experience handling renovation and operational hotel projects.
