Site Engineer – Hotel Construction Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee multiple hotel construction and renovation projects across South Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, project coordination, and ensuring timely completion of works as per approved plans and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple project sites.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedules, site progress, quality, safety, and costs.
- Handle BOQ verification, material planning, and contractor billing.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and company standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Experience in hotel, resort, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, civil construction, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and project management.
- Ability to independently manage multiple project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on projects in Goa.
- Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
