THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADER.

Position Overview
This position reports to the India-based local manager and works closely with the Global sales team. This role is responsible for a high volume of accurate renewal and new product quotations and order submissions associated with a specific set of accounts.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ Years of previous experience in a Sales Support role
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and its suite of products, especially Excel
- Organized and task-oriented
- High attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to retain accuracy while working quickly
- Previous work experience in a large corporate office environment
- Professional and courteous attitude

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- 3-year degree

Responsibilities
- Create and submit accurate quotes to Sales teams 60-90 days before they are due
- Use Salesforce.com reporting to identify all renewals, products and pricing




- Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
- Use Salesforce.com and the embedded forecast probability definitions to categorize opportunities accordingly
- Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with Outside Sales teams.
