Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Coordinator located in India. The Studio Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, assist with project scheduling, and coordinate communication between team members and clients. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, organizing meetings, overseeing workflow, and maintaining proper documentation of projects. Additionally,



the role involves facilitating seamless project execution by ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and timelines are met.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between team members and clients.
- Proficiency in administrative tools and software for scheduling, documentation, and project management.
- Problem-solving and time management abilities to meet project deadlines and address operational challenges.
- Experience in a design or creative industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design Management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a energetic studio environment.
