About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to be the backbone of our daily online store operations. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you'll spend a lot of time in Excel — managing inventory, tracking orders, and turning operational data into clear reports and insights. You'll also coordinate order fulfilment, support customer communication, and keep things running smoothly across our operations team.

What You'll Do

- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across various platforms to keep the backend running seamlessly.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain and update accurate operational data and daily performance reports in Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, formatting, and more).
- Order Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process — order processing, timely dispatch, and a great post-order experience for every customer.
- Campaign Coordination:



Monitor and support ongoing customer communication campaigns across SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer queries with a quick, problem-solving, customer-first approach.

What We're Looking For
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in e-commerce operations, order management, or a similar back-office role. Freshers with strong Excel skills and a genuine willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Excel Skills (Must-Have): Comfortable with VLOOKUP, data sorting, and formatting — you should genuinely enjoy working with data.
- Communication: Good written and verbal English for coordinating with the team and managing customers professionally.
- Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, robust analytical skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Location: Able to work full-time, on-site at our Narela Industrial Area office. (Candidates from Narela, Bawana, Alipur, Rohini, Burari, Singhu, and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.)

Good to have: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
