Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Narela New Delhi.

The Account

Manager will oversee day-to-day management of assigned accounts, including handling client. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, understanding their technical and commercial requirements, and working with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure commitments are met.

The Account

Manager will monitor order status, manage documentation and support resolution of any service or quality issues. The role also includes identifying opportunities for account growth, supporting participation in tenders or new inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management skills,



with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term partnerships.

Experience with import documentation, order processing, and coordination with logistics or shipping partners is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with plastic recycling is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort working with CRM or ERP tools to track accounts and orders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in account management or imports.

Ability to work on site in New Delhi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and handle time-sensitive tasks with professionalism.
