Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Content

- Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other digital channels.
- Develop blogs, articles, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all external communications.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and business teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Research gaming, technology, business, and creative industry trends to generate relevant content.

Executive & Leadership Communications

- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, speeches, keynote notes, and thought leadership pieces for senior leadership.
- Support CXO-level executives in building their personal brands and industry presence.
- Draft leadership messages, company announcements, internal communications, and strategic presentations.
- Convert complex business concepts into clear, compelling narratives suitable for clients, partners, and industry audiences.

Business & Corporate Content

- Develop content for pitch decks, capability presentations, proposals, and client-facing documents.
- Create case studies and success stories that showcase Modma Studio's expertise and impact.
- Support employer branding and recruitment communication initiatives.
- Assist in creating content for industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.

Content Strategy & Management

- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices where applicable.
- Measure content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, Mass Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional content writing experience.




- Proven experience in brand storytelling, content marketing, and business communication.
- Demonstrated experience in executive communication, leadership content creation, or ghostwriting for senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience creating content for B2B organizations, technology companies, gaming studios, creative agencies, or digital businesses is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible content.
- Strong research and interviewing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership teams.
- Understanding of the gaming, entertainment, technology, or creative services industry.
- Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, and content management systems.
- Experience creating content for global audiences.

What Success Looks Like Within the first 6 months, you will:

- Establish a consistent and compelling brand voice across key channels.
- Build a structured content pipeline for Modma Studio's marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen executive visibility through high-quality thought leadership content.
- Contribute to business growth through impactful pitch decks, case studies, and client communications.
- Help position Modma Studio as a recognized voice within the gaming and creative industry.
