Client Support Executive – WeSage BPM

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time

Time: 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST (Evening Shift)

WeSage BPM is a fast-growing Business Process Management company committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality support services to our clients. We are looking for Client Support Executives who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to work in a agile environment.

Position Overview:

As a Client Support Executive, you will handle data management, research, reporting, and CRM updates while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires flexibility to work in day and night shifts, including U.S. time zone shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check and update client and project data to make sure it is correct.
- Create and manage reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Help in preparing and formatting client proposals for business purposes.
- Update and manage CRM systems and company databases regularly.

Required Skills:

- Ability to do online research, collect information, and analyze data.
- Good English writing skills with strong attention to detail.




- Comfortable working with MS Excel or Google Sheets (using formulas and basic reports).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or data entry systems.
- Understanding of the U.S. Insurance industry will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience:

- Graduate/Undergraduate from any discipline (non-technical background acceptable).
- 6–18 months of relevant back-office, client servicing, or process support experience preferred.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience desirable.

Work Schedule:

- Flexible for both day and night shifts.
- Willing to work in U.S. time zone shifts.
