Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive who is energetic, confident, and skilled in client communication, outbound calling, and data recording. This role is perfect for candidates looking to build a career in voice process, customer interaction, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to clients for surveys and project activities
- Clearly explain company services and offerings
- Maintain accurate call logs, records, and response data
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams as per project requirements

Required Skills
- Robust verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (preferred), Hindi, and Gujarati
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Positive attitude with confidence and motivation

Eligibility Criteria




- Experience: 1+ year preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Comfortable working in a calling / voice process environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.
