Deliverables
Minimum 3 complete design concepts daily.
Each concept should include:
Front design
Neckline idea
Print/pattern direction
Dupatta coordination
Color palette/reference

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team and design elegant ethnic wear collections. The ideal candidate should have a robust sense of fashion trends, color combinations, fabric understanding, and print aesthetics, especially in women’s suits and traditional wear.

Key Responsibilities
Design complete women’s ethnic suit sets including:
Neckline designs
Prints and patterns
Kurta designs
Dupatta concepts
Bottom wear coordination
Create original and trend-driven designs suitable for production.
Develop color palettes, embroidery concepts, and fabric combinations.
Prepare sketches/mockups and design references for production teams.
Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and market trends.
Deliver a minimum of 3 unique suit designs per day.




Coordinate with merchandising and production teams when required.

Requirements
Proven experience in ethnic wear or women’s fashion design.
Solid creativity and understanding of Indian fashion trends.
Knowledge of fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software is preferred.
Ability to work within deadlines and maintain design quality.
Strong attention to detail and color coordination.

Preferred Skills
Experience in suit set/kurti design.
Understanding of digital prints and embroidery placements.
Ability to create both up-to-date and traditional aesthetics.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
