Role Description The CEO of BRAJSHREE PROPERTY will provide overall leadership, set the strategic direction, and drive business growth for the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Mathura involves overseeing daily operations, guiding senior managers, and ensuring that business plans are executed effectively. The CEO will be responsible for financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.

The role includes leading sales and business development efforts, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and identifying recent market opportunities. The CEO will also foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, mentor team members,



and represent the company in key external meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership in Strategic Planning and Business Planning, with the ability to define vision, set goals, and translate strategy into actionable plans.

- Proficiency in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and managing profitability in a real estate or similar business environment.

- Experience in Operations Management, with a track record of optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring efficient, compliant day-to-day operations.

- Proven capability in Sales and business development, including pipeline management, client relationship building, and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, make data-informed decisions, and handle complex challenges with sound judgment and integrity.

- Familiarity with the real estate market, preferably in Mathura or similar regions, is highly desirable.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
