- Appoint and manage distributors and retailers for Odisha location.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Visit markets regularly and build relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Increase product visibility and market penetration.
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding sales performance and stock requirements.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in footwear sales(more preferable), FMCG sales, or channel sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the odisha
- Knowledge of distributor and retailer management.
