HomeSlice is looking for someone who is obsessed with cleanliness, presentation, guest experience, and attention to detail. This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground, visiting properties, identifying issues, and ensuring every HomeSlice property feels guest-ready every single day.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections across HomeSlice properties.
Ensure rooms, washrooms, common areas, and linen meet cleanliness standards.
Identify housekeeping, maintenance, and presentation issues before guests notice them.
Coordinate with housekeeping, caretakers, vendors, and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain property readiness and ensure rooms are released quickly after check-outs.
Improve property aesthetics through easy enhancements in décor, styling, organization,



and guest-facing presentation.
Create and implement housekeeping and guest experience SOPs.
Monitor guest feedback and identify recurring operational issues.
Ensure signages, menu cards, guest information boards, and common areas are maintained and presented professionally.
Capture before-and-after improvements and maintain quality records.
Work closely with operations teams to continuously improve guest experience scores and reviews.

Ideal Candidate
Experience in hospitality, Airbnb operations, hotels, serviced apartments, guest relations, housekeeping supervision, or property management.
Solid eye for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
Perfectionist mindset with high attention to detail.
Comfortable conducting frequent property visits across Bengaluru.
Takes ownership and follows up until issues are resolved.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
