The Shishya BEML School is inviting applications for a dynamic and passionate Chemistry Teacher for Grades 11–12.

We are seeking educators who can transform Chemistry from a theoretical subject into an engaging learning experience through experiments, inquiry, real-world applications, and conceptual clarity.
The ideal candidate should be committed to academic excellence, student engagement, and creating a classroom culture that encourages scientific thinking and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Learning

Teach Chemistry for Grades 11–12 in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Deliver engaging lessons focused on conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and application-based learning.
Plan and execute laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and practical sessions safely and effectively.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, practical records, and revision schedules.




Guide students in Board Examination preparation and laboratory practicals.
- Laboratory & Practical Work

Ensure safe and productive functioning of the Chemistry laboratory.
Maintain laboratory records, inventory, chemicals, and equipment.
Promote hands-on learning and scientific inquiry through experiments and activities.
- Student Progress & Academic Support

Track student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and observations.
Provide remediation and academic mentoring for students requiring additional support.
Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific temperament among students.
- Collaboration & Communication

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic progress and support needs.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning.
Participate actively in PTMs, meetings, workshops, and training programmes.
