Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Safety Management: Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans, ensuring a protected working setting for all site personnel.
Design and Planning: Interpret design drawings, specifications, and plans, providing technical guidance to site staff and subcontractors.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, developing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers,



and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control documents.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their safety and productivity.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
