Job Description

CRIB FACTORY Interiors & Furniture is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves handling online inquiries, following up with potential customers, explaining products and services, and converting leads into successful sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with sales experience who have strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online platforms
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers
- Guide customers in selecting suitable furniture, interior solutions, and wooden products
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with the production and project teams regarding customer requirements
- Maintain customer records and follow-up updates
- Work towards increasing sales and customer satisfaction
- Support online sales and lead conversion activities

Qualifications





- SSLC / Plus Two (12th Pass) / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Customer service mindset and positive attitude

Language Requirements

- Malayalam (Mandatory)
- English (Preferred)
- Hindi (Added Advantage)

Experience

- Fresher to 2 Years

Salary & Growth

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
