Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Handle data entry and document filing
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Follow up on customer payments
- Support supplier / bank reconciliation activities
- Assist with GST and basic accounting tasks
- Work with MS Excel and accounting software
- Support day-to-day office and administrative activities
