Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can handle both training coordination and placement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful student training and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for training and placement services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HRs, and clients
- Coordinate and manage student training programs
- Handle end-to-end placement activities (sourcing companies, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Meet placement targets and ensure maximum student placements
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients and partners




- Maintain database of clients, candidates, and placement records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth training and placement processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Business Development / Training & Placement (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and training processes

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in EdTech / Training Institutes / Placement Consultancy
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
