Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Sintex Water Tanks

Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Sintex water tanks to dealers, plumbers, contractors, builders, hardware shops, and end customers in and around Tambaram. The candidate should be capable of generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Sintex offers a wide range of overhead, underground, and loft water tanks for residential and commercial applications. (Sintex)

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, builders, and contractors regularly.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote Sintex water tanks and explain product features and advantages to customers.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collect enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closure.
- Coordinate with the sales office for order processing and deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (building materials, water tanks, pipes, sanitary,



hardware, or construction products preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Tambaram and surrounding market areas.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp reporting.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in selling Water Tanks, PVC pipes, plumbing products, construction materials, or related products.
- Existing contacts with dealers, plumbers, contractors, and builders will be an added advantage.
