Location: Delhi / Model Town

Salary: Upto ₹25,000 + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals who can connect with doctors and nurses, guide them, and convince them to move forward with job opportunities. If you have strong communication and convincing skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
Call and connect with doctors and nurses using provided leads
Explain job opportunities clearly and professionally
Convince and motivate candidates to apply for roles
Maintain follow-ups and build good relationships with candidates
Update candidate data and track responses

Requirements

Positive communication & convincing skills

Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn





Confident personality with positive attitude Fresher or up to 6 months of experience can apply
