Job Description

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in CBD Belapur. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.





Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements:

HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers can apply).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
