Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and dedicated Art & Craft Teacher for Grades 1–8. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore their artistic talents, develop creativity, and build confidence through engaging art and craft activities. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in drawing, painting, sketching, paper craft, clay modeling, and other creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Art & Craft lessons for students from Grades 1–8.
- Teach various art forms including drawing, painting, sketching, paper craft, collage work, clay modeling, and handicrafts.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and display student artwork.
- Assess and evaluate students' artistic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain art supplies, tools, and classroom resources.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership for school events and interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in school functions,



exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art & Craft, or a related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Robust knowledge of art techniques, materials, and creative teaching methods.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
