Role Description

This is a full-time in office role based in Kotdwara for a Training & Placement Officer. The officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, conducting training sessions, and developing soft skills among students.



Additional tasks include liaising with industry partners, organizing placement drives, and maintaining relationships with employers to enhance placement opportunities for graduates.

Qualifications

- Master Degree is a must
- Skills in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting Training sessions and enhancing Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the education sector or relevant industry is a plus
