Job Summary:

Surbhi Enterprise is looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our project team at Yerped, Tirupati. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring progress, and coordinating with the project team for timely completion of construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Supervise and monitor site activities including RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and finishing works.
- Ensure quality of work and compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, surveyors, and other project team members for smooth execution.
- Review and understand civil drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, material records, and work documentation.
- Monitor manpower utilization and ensure planned work completion.




- Conduct site inspections and identify execution or quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved method statements and project timelines.
- Assist in quantity measurements and billing-related documentation.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of civil construction site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing activities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of site documentation and reporting.
- Ability to handle site activities independently.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Candidates with industrial/infrastructure project experience will be preferred.
- Must be willing to work at project site in Yerped, Tirupati.

Salary: Salary will be based on experience and skills.
