About the Role

You will build and own a pipeline of logistics clients from our Goa office, backed by a premium prospecting stack, structured coaching, and a compensation plan built for closers. Responsibilities

- Drive high-velocity outbound prospecting across the US market to build a strong, qualified pipeline of logistics clients.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with decision-makers at freight brokers, 3PLs, and carriers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot, ensuring clean forecasting and follow-through.

Qualifications





- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or cold-calling experience, ideally in the US market.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent English communication skills — confident, persuasive, and professional.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Hungry, coachable, and comfortable with a high-output sales workplace.
