Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Candolim.

The Front Desk

Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception area activities, including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls,



and providing information about the property and services. Other duties include maintaining records, assisting with administrative tasks, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications - Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Phone Etiquette and professional interaction techniques
- Ability to handle guest relations with patience and a guest-focused approach
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and computer systems
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus
