- Pune, Maharashtra
- Work From Home (WFH) role
- Candidate should be based in Pune
- Frequent client meetings and travel across Pune and other parts Maharashtra. Readiness to travel nearby state, if required.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients for SAP solutions and services
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, manufacturing companies, and enterprise clients across Maharashtra
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams for solution discussions and proposal submissions
- Handle consultative selling for SAP S/4HANA solutions and related services
- Follow up on company-generated leads and also generate business through personal networks, references, cold outreach, and market connections
- Identify opportunities for SAP implementation, migration, support, upgrades, and digital transformation projects
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports
- Represent the company during client meetings,



networking events, and industry interactions

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA sales/business development
- Prior experience working with SAP partners is mandatory
- Preference will be given to candidates from small or mid-sized SAP partner companies
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA offerings
- Proven experience in client acquisition and account management
- Robust network in Pune and Maharashtra market will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to travel for client meetings across Maharashtra
