About Ashoka Solar Tech

Ashoka Solar Tech is a growing solar distribution company dealing in solar panels, inverters, BOS materials, solar lighting products, and renewable energy solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Business Development Representative to support our day-to-day business operations and growth.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, installers, dealers, and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales orders.
- Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
- Create invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payments, dispatches, and order status.
- Manage social media pages and WhatsApp Business updates.
- Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.




- Track inward and outward material movement.
- Coordinate dispatches and deliveries with customers and transporters.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain store records.
- Support general office administration and documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, administration, or operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
