This role is focused entirely on cold calling prospective B2B clients in the UK and US markets to generate qualified business opportunities.If you have excellent spoken English, a confident phone presence, and a proven track record in international tele sales, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the UK and US.Introduce the company's IT services and identify potential business opportunities.Engage decision-makers, understand their requirements, and qualify leads.Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.Handle objections professionally and build rapport with potential clients.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.Consistently meet daily call targets and lead generation goals.Required Skills & Experience3–6years of experience in international tele sales or cold calling.International B2B calling experience is mandatory,



with prior experience calling and engaging clients in the UK and US markets.Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or international accent.Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Confident, energetic, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.Experience speaking with business owners, senior managers, and other decision-makers.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Preferred ExperienceExperience selling IT services, software development, SaaS, technology solutions, or other B2B services.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.Proven track record of booking qualified appointments and generating sales opportunities.What We're Looking ForA confident, persuasive, and professional communicator.Robust tele sales background with measurable results.Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.Highly motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.CompensationSalary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month (based on experience and performance).If you have a proven background in international B2B tele sales and enjoy engaging prospective clients across the UK and US, we'd love to hear from you.
