- Knowledge of loan processing drawdowns / rollovers / partial and total repayments(retail/corporate)Ability to work within defined SLAs and compliance guidelines
- Knowledge/ basic understanding of all RBI related reporting related to Loan section.

- Preparation / Validation of data for RBI, HO, Auditors and co-ordination with Auditors to handle their queries.

- Valuable Excel skills
- Monitor repayment schedules/interest payment/ overdue etc
- Handle loan account maintenance, rate change, tenure modifications etc
- Ensure correct interest, charges and penatly calculations
- Identify operational risks and escalate discrepancies
- Provide timely updates to branches, customers, internal stakeholders
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS
- Process driven and compliance oriented
- Teamwork and stakeholder management.
