About the Role

GRS Global is building a global research publishing platform with web and mobile applications. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer – Mobile Applications with 3–4 years of experience to develop, maintain, and enhance high-performance mobile applications along with their backend services and APIs.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter or React Native, along with a good understanding of backend development, REST APIs, databases, authentication, cloud services, and application deployment.

The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the complete application lifecycle—from designing and developing mobile applications to integrating backend services, optimizing performance, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting application releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter or React Native.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services required for mobile applications.
- Build scalable and maintainable application architecture for future growth.
- Integrate third-party services, cloud services, authentication, payment gateways, notifications, and other APIs as required.
- Work with databases and ensure efficient data management and retrieval.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, responsiveness, and stability.
- Ensure compatibility across different Android/iOS versions and devices.
- Manage application releases, updates, and deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Monitor application crashes, logs, analytics, and production issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Implement mobile and backend security best practices, including secure storage, encryption, JWT/OAuth, and API security.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in debugging, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
- Maintain clean, reusable, well-documented, and scalable code.
- Take ownership of assigned features and contribute to the complete application development lifecycle.
- Recommend suitable technologies,



tools, and architecture for improving application performance and scalability.

Required Skills

Mobile Development:

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter or React Native.
- Good knowledge of Dart or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Understanding of Android and iOS application development.
- Experience with responsive and pixel-perfect UI development.
- Experience with mobile application performance optimization.

Backend / Full Stack:

- Good understanding of backend development and server-side programming.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Node.js / Express.js, Python, Java, or any relevant backend technology.
- Good understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Understanding of API authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth, and secure data handling.

Cloud & Services:

- Experience with Firebase, including Firebase Cloud Messaging and Crashlytics.
- Basic to good understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and cloud services.
- Understanding of push notifications and real-time communication.

Experience Required

- 3–4 years of professional experience in mobile application and/or full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Flutter or React Native.
- Experience developing and deploying production-level Android and iOS applications.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs and databases.
- Good understanding of application architecture, debugging, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience working on applications from development through deployment and maintenance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Solid ownership and accountability for assigned applications and features.
- Good problem-solving and debugging abilities.




- Comfortable working independently and taking technical decisions within assigned projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with designers, backend developers, QA, and other teams.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in an on-site environment.
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies as the product evolves.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of scalable backend architecture is an added advantage.
- Experience with real-time messaging, notifications, analytics, or AI-powered application features is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployment is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
