We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities, ensure the reliable operation of electrical equipment and systems, and minimize equipment downtime. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, team supervision, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities and maintenance technicians.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLCs, transformers, DG sets, compressors, pumps, and other industrial equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential electrical failures.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
- Supervise installation, modification, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Maintain electrical panels, cables, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and control systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists, and spare-parts requirements are maintained.
- Monitor electrical spare-parts inventory and coordinate with stores/purchase for timely availability.
- Lead and guide electrical technicians and contract manpower.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and identify unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate with external contractors/vendors for electrical maintenance and service activities.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and improve electrical system efficiency.
- Participate in emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of equipment.
- Train maintenance personnel on electrical safety, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Typically 0–2years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, MCC/PCC panels, motors, transformers, and control circuits.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and LOTO procedures.
- Good team-management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
