Your impact

- Design of BMS, Chiller plant Automation, Fire detection , PA , Telecom and Security system, Access Control System, WLD, Rodent, Vesda system for Data Center or Industrial Projects.
- Experience in conceptual design at preliminary stage by understanding the project requirement by following relevant codes & standards.
- Selection of best suited instruments or devices and their specifications for building automation, fire alarm and security system design
- Familiar with Data Center Master Plan, Concept, Schematics.
- Should have fair understanding on TIA-942-B Standard for Data Centers.
- Hands on experience of Indian and International codes for the design.
- Prepare / review Basis of Design
- BMS IO summary, Sequence of operations for various systems, cause & effect matrix for Fire alarm system
- Detail drawings for field devices and cable conduit layouts
- Tender documents with relevant design, technical specifications, material requisition, data sheets and BOQ as per requirement.
- Preparing TBA/ TBE, review of technical data sheets and shop drawings submitted by various vendors/ contractors.
- Evaluating and Performing design reviews and participating in team meetings to ensure timely deliverables.
- Coordination with other disciplines and perform squad checks on drawing received from other disciplines.
- Coordinating with construction team to ensure proper installation as per design.
- Knowledge on Indian and International codes for the design.




- Knowledge of HVAC systems like Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems etc.
- Knowledge of different types of network protocols like BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC, and other protocols
- Participate in the production, preliminary master plan, design documentation, layouts, and equipment selections within the discipline of competence. ( BMS, Security , Telecom , ACS & Other Low Voltage Services)
- Knowledge of building energy management systems. Has good understanding of data center efficiency & Controls; but not limited to BMS Control, pneumatic controls, mechanical Control systems, lighting controls, access control and backup emergency systems for efficient functioning of Data centers.
- Knowledge on conceptual designing for CCTV , Access Control , WLD, Rodent ,Vesda system as per Standards .
- Knowledge on Calculation of Storage Capacity selection of Servers with the right specification w.r.t project requirements and the application.
- Visibility and having Good market strategy on the different makes available for BMS, Security, ACS, WLD, Vesda Systems.

Here's what you'll need

Educational qualification: BE/B. Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering

- 14–18 years of experience in handling ELV Design activities in Data-center or Industrial projects.

- Self-driven with good management & reporting capabilities.
- Understanding on TIA-942-B Standard for Data Centers.
- Knowledge of 3D engineering, proficiency in review of 3D models using Navisworks is mandatory.




- Knowledge of ELV codes and standards is mandatory.
- Knowledge of IS / IEC standards. Hands on Installation or Commissioning Knowledge prior would be added advantage.

- Application of 3D review software like Navisworks
- Application of other supporting software like Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat.
- Competent user of MS Office 365: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Good learning and understanding capability
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi - disciplinary team. Self - driven with good management & reporting capabilities.

- Good English written and verbal skills & ability to interact / coordinate, in a global workplace are essential.
